Study On Safety Risk Management Of Fifth Muzhailing Highway Tunnel Construction

Muzhailing tunnel there are many uncertainty factors in the construction process,construction safety risk is very high,it is easy to cause all kinds of accidents,cause a lot of property damage and casualties,which cause very bad social impact.Actively carry out safety risk management in highway tunnel construction process,it can reduce the occurrence of accidents or accidents in tunnel construction loss;also can ensure the tunnel project decision-making scientific and rational decision-making,in order to reduce the construction risk level;also can ensure the smooth realization of the goal of project management in tunnel engineering.This paper through the research on the highway tunnel construction safety risk management theory of domestic and international research status and risk management,in order to select methods for highway tunnel construction process of risk assessment,the establishment of highway tunnel construction risk assessment index and safety method,formulate the construction safety risk control measures,and applied in the actual tunnel in the project,so as to guide the highway tunnel project construction safety risk management.(1)in the process of risk identification,risk classification according to the form of highway tunnel incident consequences,recognition method using risk checklist method and Delphi method are combined,so as to establish the highway tunnel construction safety risk index system.(2)in the risk assessment process,the fault tree analysis method,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,determine the highway tunnel construction safety risk probability level and accident consequence level,determine the highway tunnel construction safety risk level.(3)in the aspect of risk control and management,this paper mainly introduces the establishment of risk management organization system of mountain highway tunnel,the formulation and implementation of emergency measures,and puts forward the safety risk control measures of tunnel construction.(4)based on th Wu Wei high-speed highwayMuzhailing tunnel 5 marked the project,the establishment of highway tunnel construction safety risk evaluation index system and model,and for the tunnel construction safety risk management research,determine the slope stability,the main risk of landslide risk,sudden mud water gushing risk,large deformation the risk for the tunnel,and the risk for the qualitative and quantitative analysis,formulated the emergency measures and plan.This paper takes the Muzhailing tunnel 5 standard project,through the establishment of highway tunnel construction safety risk evaluation index system and method,realize the construction safety risk management of highway tunnel is simplified,the evaluation process and management objectives clearer,more targeted management measures,the construction safety target of the tunnel is ensured.
