The Long Lake Wetland Landscape Planning Based On The Protection And Continuing Of The Landscape And Features Of The Ancient City Huaiyang

In recent years, the city goes into the rapid development stage. It not only bringsthe city one-sided prosperity, but also brings some problems about water, such as the decrease ofwater quality, the loss of water culture, the deteriorated of water environmental. They areseriously threatening human health and survival, making the water landscape features loss.Huaiyang is a provincial level historical and cultural city. Now the urban landscape and features"the city in the lake, the lake in the city, the city and lake became one" which make by theancient city and the long lake are facing challenges.In order to protect and maintain the ancient city landscape style, first, this article analyzesand discusses the nature geography pattern, historical context and historical changes ofHuaiyang. Then, it introduces the city landscape style and its elements. Learned from those, wecan see that the Long Lake landscape is important to the urban spatial structure, open spacesystem and cityscape system. So we should plan the Long Lake landscape rationally so as toshow the overall styles of Huaiyang. After all, we can solve the city problem, such as theconvergence of city style and the loss of city character.On a macro level, we need to respect and protect the environment, protect the urban spacestructure, integrate the landscape space system and reshape the city image. Based on this, thisarticle worked out a range of strategies, such as protecting and continuing the space structure ofthe ancient city, controlling the skyline, moderating the overall style, improving the basicinfrastructure and opening the sight line. On a micro level, it discussed the detailed design of theLong Lake landscape to the revetment, green areas, landscape architecture and plants.Meanwhile, wish the result could give some examples to the city development of Huaiyang andthe protect and develop of the Long Lake wetland. Also hope it can have a reference effect tothe protecting and development of the other cities.
