Content and occurrence of trace elements bromine in coal is complexity and withlarge diversity. Bromine content is different in the same coal in different regions, the sameregion in different coal-mines or the same coal-mine in different coal seams. Additionally, incoal physical and chemical conversion process, bromine reflects strong volatility. Therefore,determination results of bromine content by some methods are quite different and the analysisdatas about bromine in coal are reported rarely[1].Aim at prominent progressively coal-fired bromine pollution problem, the domestic andinternational scholar developed an initial research. So far, people is not very clear formationprocess and mechanism of bromide on coal combustion process; To study on distributionregularity, occurrence characteristics and morphological of bromine in coal combustionproducts-smoke, ash and fly ash is neither systemic nor in-depth; To study on bromine emissionscharacteristic and law under different combustion method (equipments) is zero spread, lack ofrepresentative and haven’t acquired regulation understanding; To coal-fired bromine pollutioncontrol, removing gaseous bromine process, mechanism and effect by desulfurization technologyare lack of necessary research and comparison.These problems are seriously hindering theprocess of coal-fired bromine pollution control.Developing the research of bromine in coal, determination of bromine content in coal,understanding and mastering bromine transformation process and formation mechanism ofpollutant in coal combustions and reducing released bromine harmful to environment in the useof coal is a very meaningful work.This text mainly research contents:(1) Analytical test methods of bromide burning conversion is established; the impact factorsof generate bromide in tube furnace and small-scale test furnace is researched.(2) Combustion kinetic model of a single particle coal combustion generated gaseousbromide reaction is established; The modified calculation method and calculation expression ofcoal combustion released bromine kinetic model of simple order reactions-monopropellant firstorder reaction is gived;From two angles of Chemical thermodynamics and Chemical reaction kinetics, usingThermo-calc and CHEMKIN-4.1simulation software, we analyz composition and morphology changes regularity of bromide in coal combustion conversion process and study reactionmechanism under a particular system;...
