Construction of coal-fired power plants conveying system is an importantcomponent of the power unit, the characteristic is operating conditions, the condition iscomplex, rotating machinery, long lines, equipment to disperse, especially the operationteam, the work and the dead wood too much intensity, and dust, noise in the physicaland mental health of the human eye operation effect. Therefore, coveying coal SPCtechnology is to improve the conveying system automation degree and the reliability ofthe inevitable choice, but also improve the power plant is the inevitable requirement ofthe market competition ability.PLC (Programmable Logic Controller "PLC) is a kind of special used in industrialproduction process control field device, go up in the design has its own obvious features:high reliability, wide adaptability, with communication function, into a convenient, modular structure. In the modern distributed control system, PLC has become a basiccontrol unit, in the field of industrial control application prospect extremely extensive. In this paper,we research and discuss largely the construction of coal transportcontrol system, which based on the power plants centralized control features, and thedevelopment trend of domestic coal transportcontrol system at present. Then we make ascheme about the control system. And we use the modern computer, PLC and Industry Ethernet technology toreconstruct this control system. It can glean data, concentrate operation monitor real timeprocess data, store data, fault alarm, analysis coal amount, sound calling, switch TVgraph,i.e.This king of system has a high level of automation, control and managepowerful, simple operation, high reliability, and can be well adapted to the environmentalcharacteristics of coal control system.
