As one of the most important components of the automobile engine,the quality of the injector has a great impact on the efficiency and performance of the engine.But at present,the detection of the injector mainly through artificial means to identify the identification and it has low accuracy.It has a great importance to develop a detection device for gasoline engine injector and meet domestic and international testing standards.According to the SAE J 2715 issued by the American Society of Automotive Engineers and the GB / T 25363-2010 standard proposed by the China Machinery Industry Federation,it designs and develops a set of gasoline engine injector detection device in the paper to research the atomization of gasoline engine injector degree and spray characteristics.It has many problems such as high pressure fluctuation,low safety and low control precision with traditional fuel injection system,therefore,it design A Fuzzy-PID Controller based on the PLC and oil supply system,the system can perform low pressure Gasoline Fuel Injector test and Gasoline Direct Injectors test.The system has a series of advantages: First,it can be completed in the test medium supplement,making the test sustainable;second,the system separate the gasoline from the electric device and it has a high security;the last,The Fuzzy-PID Controller based on the PLC have a high precision with temperature control and pressure control.The main work of this paper includes:(1)Design and development of the gasoline engine injector detection device,the system includes pressure control module,temperature control module,fuel injection control module,the standard time image acquisition module and particle size detection module.(2)Through the comparison between the PID controller and the Fuzzy-PID controller,use the Fuzzy-PID controller as the core control strategy of the control system.(3)Completed the Fuzzy-PID controller base on the PLC,and the fuel injection control system.The mechanical part includes the oil circuit system,the injector position adjusting device and the light source control device.The electrical part includes the circuit design of the PLC,the solenoid valve,the stepping motor and its driving module,the PLC control program and software interface.(4)The test results show that the control accuracy of the pressure can reach 8 ± 0.05 MPa when the direct injection gasoline engine injector is tested.When the inlet injector is tested,the pressure control precision can reach 300 ± 0.9Kpa,The temperature control accuracy of the system can reach 21±0.2 ?.
