The development status of China’s urban rail transit and its related issues such asvibration and noise has caused widespread concern. Therefore it has a profound significancefor the study and control of urban rail traffic noise. According the above problems, the thesishas introduced the principle and classification of a high-performance track structure calledsteel spring floating slab track with less vibration and noise. The use of this track structure hasbeen described in Shenzhen Metro. The steel spring floating slab track can be used to solvethe problem of vibration and noise generated by the urban rail trains, however, theconstruction of the floating slab track is the main factors to affect the efficiency of thereduction of the vibration and noise. Therefore, this thesis has explored the construction of thefloating slab track. The thesis mainly focuses on the quality control of the constructionprocess and the maintenance and quality measures in the application process, which is verypurposeful and operability. According to the theory with practice, design guiding theconstruction, the research program of optimal construction design; the thesis has presented theconstruction technology of steel spring floating slab construction in detail with engineeringexamples and the order of the construction. Also, the thesis has emphasized the main processand clearly described the problems we should pay attention to in the construction process. Thethesis has focused more on the integration of assembly construction method and the controlmeasures. The method is advanced and mature compared to traditional construction methods.The method links more demanding to pouring the road bed backplane concrete and morerobust isolator basement. The approach has selected specially designed support frame erectionrail rails stat which can be more easily adjusted to ensure the accuracy of the construction andeffectively avoid rework or slow down to ensure the construction schedule. The lifting hasbeen finished with3or4steps to eliminate the plastic deformation of the spring isolator toensure the accuracy of the track construction and isolator damping performance. Targetedmeasures for such special damping and maintenance of the track bed in the practicalapplication of quality control have been presented to provide a reference for other relevantcompanies.
