The research on the recycled concrete technic is inchoate in China. Most of the researchare constrated on the basic properties of recycled aggregate and recycled concrete, makingrecycled aggrate and recycled concrete are still comsuming lots of energy and concrete. It isindicated that the concrete strucutral members filled with demolished concrete lumps (DCLs)are new effective approaches of recycling demolished concrete, and own profounddevelopment potentials. The reserch of the mechanical properties of the concrete strucutralmembers filled with DCLs has made achievements, with the purpose of putting the concretestrucutral members filled with DCLs into the practical application, five parts of research workare involved in this dissertation:(1) Based on a school building, the cost of building structure subject which respectivelyusing cast-in-situ concrete concrete, recycled coarse aggregate concrete, recycled fineaggregate concrete and mixed large-scale waste concrete were calculated. Compared theresults, made some research on the application of the concrete strucutral members filled withDCLs from the view of economics.(2) By analysing the achievements of steel tubular colunms filled with DCLs, a formulafor the strength of the steel tubular colunms filled with DCLs was suggested. The calculationresults are security.(3) In point of the practical application of the concrete strucutral members filled withDCLs, the processing flow of waste concrete block, and to design a block size of wasteconcrete feeding device. Preliminary exploration on the regeneration of mixed reinforcedconcrete elements and construction methods of the mixed components of the steel piperegeneration.
