The DC-DC converters are important parts of components that used in theproduction of communications product of CETC7. To meet the requirements ofusers,the DC-DC converters must past the inspection and aging test before use,whichqualified can be used for production.Every year, CETC7uses4000pieces of DC-DC. CETC7entrusts independentthird-party organization with the inspection and aging test because of the lack ofequipment and qualification.Charge rang from about RMB221to414per piece.Totalcost of the inspection and aging test for DC-DC converters was high to about RMB1200000every year.To save money, CETC7bought BTP-256Testing-aging System of Power Module(BTP-256system). This system can be use for aging test of DC-DC converters.But itscapability of inspection is relatively weak. Failure to achieve inspection in OutputVoltage Tolerance, Load/line regulation, Vo Ripple/Noise of DC-DC converters.Based on study of BTP-256system hardware and software features, this papershows how to make full use of its advantages for the aging test. Make further studyand Improvement of BTP-256system to achieve inspection in Output VoltageTolerance, Load/line regulation, Vo Ripple/Noise of DC-DC converters by usingfixtures redesigned and existing instruments of CETC7.In order to verify the effect of inspetion in Output Voltage Tolerance, Load/lineregulation, Vo Ripple/Noise of DC-DC converters, this paper designed the followingverification plan:10qualified DC-DC converters,which given numbers,proved byBTP-256system was sent to independent third-party organization for re-inspection.The result,based on the analysis of two kinds of test report, the inspection of BTP-256system is exact and efficient. |
