The supplemental structural inspection program of Boeing aircraft is analyzed deeply and a DTR software system used to establish the supplemental structural inspection program of aging aircraft is developed in this paper. By using this system, the users can conveniently choose the appropriate check method and interval to establish the structural inspection program of the aging aircraft according to their fleet's operation circumstance and the ability of damage inspect. Furthermore, based on referring to a great deal of document and analyzing, a new model calculating DTR (a geometric sequence model that the fleet cracking interval ratio q is less than 1) is presented in this paper, and the DTR values under different check interval, different crack number and different fleet cracking ratio using this emendatory DTR model are calculated. By compared with the DTR calculational results utilizing equal interval fleet cracking model, it shows that on the condition of fleet crack number is definite, less cracking interval, bigger DTR relatively difference, and on the condition of fleet cracking interval ratio is definite, less fleet cracking number, less DTR relatively difference, and on the condition of fleet cracking interval ratio and fleet cracking number are both definite, the DTR relatively difference is independent of the average check interval. The calculational results also show that the given DTR calculational value is conservative utilizing the emendatory model presented in this paper.
