North China oilfield lies to Renqiu city, Chinese oil company, petrochina huabei oilfield in north China petrochemical company in the city, is important petroleum chemical industry base. At present Renqiu city has no large heat source point, residents is still serious pollution and the heating efficiency of dispersed heating boiler is very low. With rapid economic development, people’s living level enhancement, and the requirements of the quality of the environment is more and more higher. Therefore, the rational use and conservation of fuel is a significant issue. Co-production as one means of managing the sources of energy efficient technology, has a great benefit on saving energy, improving environnlent, raising the quality of heat supply and inereasing the eleetrieity supply.The application of thermoeleetrieity unit is an important way to achieve gradient utilization and efficiency promotion for energy use. The types and parameters of boiler and unit determine their heat economy. So heat economy analysis method of thermoeleetrieity unit was optimized in this paper.The existing conditions of industrial heat load, heating load of RenQiu city and heat source were investigated and analyzed. The installed scheme was determined according to the heat load planning and design of RenQiu city.And its economy was evaluated through contrastive Analysis.The research results indicated that the selected scheme was economically feasible, but had some risk when the price of coal rised or average annual hours of use decreased.This could offer certain theoretical instruction value for the heat supply scheme selection of RenQiu thermal power plant.
