Currently,in response to the call of the national energy conservation,some of cogeneration units began using absorption heat pump technology to waste heat recovery for heating supplies.The heat supplies system based on absorption heat pump, when the tubine paramerers sepecially the extraction pressure changed,the performance of the heat pump was affected inevitably,corresponding,when the heat pump performance change will affect the performance of the tubine.However due to the equipment of heat pump used to the large thermoelectric units has just begun,so the research about the tubine and heat pump on variable conditions docking was litt-le,simultaneously,the experimental study on the heat load optimization of cogeneration units based on absorption of heat pump also shortcoming.Against this background,this article rely on a thermal power plant of two C300/220-16.7/537 /537 type for example,have test of the circulating water heat recovery system.Firstly,characteristics of the heating unit was tested after the transformation studies,analyzesed the changes about the backpressure,heat extraction pressure,heat rate when the heat load and electric load is the same at the system before and after the reconstruction,the results show that the values have increased. Secondly,have the mathematical modeling on the absorption heat pump,analyzed how the cooling capacity of the heat pump will change at the situation when the operating parameters such as driving steam pressure, chilled water temperature, chilled water flow changed,and relyed on a cogeneration unit absorption heat pump project, carried out tests to verify, validation results proved the mathematical model was reasonable.Finally, based on the research about the heat pump and turbine’s variable conditions,using MATLAB linear optimization tools, through the establishment of constraints,the objective function, have the research on heat load optimization of cogeneration units based on absorption of heat exchanger, compared with the original plant distribution, the total steam consumption of the units’ were reduced.
