Modeling And Simulation Of The Selective Catalytic Reduction Flue Gas Denitration System

This content is about the modeling and simulation of NOx selective catalytic reduction system in the thermal power plant. Denitrification system is one of the main support system of power plant flue gas in economizer exit, and also is an effective measure to ensure reasonable emissions of nitrogen oxides in power plant. To establish a reliable and accurate simulation models and research denitrification system are an effective way to improve the denitrification system. The selective catalytic reduction is the effective measures way to reduce the emissions of nitrogen oxide, also is the world’s most mature and widely used technology of deni trification.In this paper, selective catalytic reduction NOx system is the modeling object. Based on hierarchical modeling idea and the composition and process characteristics, the denitrification system is divided into a number of subsystems. That is, unloading ammonia storage system, ammonia evaporation and the supply system, diluted ammonia emissions and nitrogen purge system, the reactor system. Also each subsystem is further divided until the specific device according to the component characteristics and process of the system. Such as liquid ammonia, storage tank, evaporator, liquid ammonia, ammonia buffer tank, the ammonia/air mixer, valves, pumps. And taking into account the actual operation, failure analysis is added. Then, based on energy, mass, momentum balance principle, the mathe matical models of absorption tower and other equipments are established by vector differential equation method. The mathematical models are compiled into computer programs. Finally, various devices and the entire system visualization models are established on STAR-90simulation support system of Baoding Sinosimu Technology Co.,Ltd.The experimental research proves that the reliability and accuracy of simulation model meet the training requirements.
