| With the rapid development of power system in China, traditional substations had been transferred into substations with integrated automation system. Integrated substations automation systems improve the reliability and security of power girds by communicating with the control center. They play an important role in dispatching automation of electric power system. Furthermore, smart gird which based on integrated, high-speed, bidirectional communication networks is the develop trend of power gird. However, with the growth of the importance, the possibility of attracts of the communication network between integrated substation automation systems and the control center is increasing, that makes security has been became a focus. Therefore, finding a suitable method to analysis and assessment of security is necessary.In this paper, security requirements and threats were analyzed at first, and then three methods basing on index system, defense graphs and CC standard were used to analyze and assess the security of the communication networks. Index system according to the ISO27002standard was established for communication networks of integrated substations automation systems, and assignment rules and index weights were defined; removed the unsuitable relationship of defense graphs and influence diagrams, developed defense graphs targeting on the assessment target of this paper; components of security requirements were picked out from CC standard to assess the security of communication networks of integrated substations automation systems, and components of physical factors were expanded in addition. These methods were used to assess the security of three real links, and their characteristics and applicable situations were compared through the analysis of assessment result. These studies had proved practicable of the three methods, so the research of security analysis and assessment methods had practical value and directive significance. |
