Main operation parameters’variation of steam admission has an important effect on Thermo-Economics of Thermal Power Unit. The research for the sensitivity of the main operation parameters’variation affect on Thermo-Economics of a Thermal Power Unit has a very important theoretical and realistic significance.Basing on a unified physical model and a mathematical model about Thermo-Economics Analysis for Thermal Power Unit, this paper deduce calculation model for the sensitivity of multielement influence on coal consumption first, then deduce calculation model for the sensitivity of main steam pressure, main steam temperature and reheated steam temperature influence on coal consumption. And prove correctness of the calculation model through example calculation. Base on the above, all the influencing factors of the sensitivity can be found, analyse correlation of all the influencing factors, and then get the main influencing factors. Target to a1000MW Thermal Power Unit, calculate the sensitivity of main steam pressure, main steam temperature and reheated steam temperature influence on coal consumption, analysis of the change rule of the sensitivity, by the calculation results of sensitivity and related software, fit three formulas which dependent variable is the sensitivity of main steam pressure, main steam temperature, reheated steam temperature, and which independent variable are the main influencing factors (Simple computational formulas of the sensitivity), and prove precise of the formulas through example calculation. By the formulas, we can calculate the sensitivity directly. Sensitivity provides a convenient tool to qualitatively analyze and quantitatively analyze the influence of the variation of parameter (include main steam pressure, main steam temperature, reheated steam temperature) on coal consumption. It also provides a new theory support for Thermo-Economics Analysis, energy saving and energy efficiency of Power Unit.
