The construction of the ultra-high voltage network is an important goal of thenational twelfth five-year grid development, and the traditional artificial inspectionway can’t adapt to the national grid rapid development any more, while the UHVtransmission tower real-time monitoring system has been an important means tosafeguard the security of the national grid, and it already become a critical problem inengineering applications to guarantee the data transmission reliability of the UHVtransmission tower real-time monitoring system in the complex strong interferenceand weak wireless signal environment. At the same time, the wireless transmissionchannel which this monitoring system commonly uses has some deficiencies in thereliability and safety, so ensuring uhv transmission tower state data reliably and safelytransfer has become a problem to be solved.The paper bases a remote data transmission system of wireless transmissionchannel, analyses environmental characteristics of UHV transmission tower on thewireless channel, at first puts forward a method based on the response confirm and theadaptive retransmission mechanism. The method can adjust the packet size real-timeautomatically according to the status of data transmission, utilize "quick-start","linear-growth", and"regress-send" dynamic mechanism, and according to networkstatus to choose the appropriate retransmission way retransmission the lost or errorpackets, so as to ensure the reliability and maximum efficiency of data transmission.Then according to the safety defects of the commonly used public wireless network,puts forward the safety data transmission scheme based on the subsection insertionsignature mechanism and the random dynamic authentication mechanism, theapplication of the subsection insertion signature mechanism can ensure the integrityof the data transmission, prevents the pretending and denying; the usage of therandom dynamic authentication mechanism can establish reliable connection detectthe connection which is attacked by hacker in time. Then establishs securecommunication channel and ensures the safety of the data transmission.Finally, the usage of the Visual C++6.0integrated development environment tocomplete the related program of the data transmission system, adopting SQL Server toestablish the database, simulates remote data transmission system in a laboratoryenvironment, uses the DC high voltage generator to produce strong electromagneticinterference and completes experimental verification, then analyses and evaluates the effect of the optimized scheme.The results show that: the three important index of the measure data transmissionproperties: packet loss rate, network delay, network attack frequency have beenobvious optimization in different test environment. The scheme can not onlyguarantee the data transmission of reliability and safety ideally, but also improve thedata transmission efficiency, it has practicability and anti-jamming ability comparingwith the traditional methods. So the scheme has a great application value andengineering significance, at the same time has great generality and a very gooddevelopment prospects.
