Transmission durability test have a long cycle,once a fault emerge in its testprocess,which can seriously affects the test of product or even destroy the testingequipments.The transmisson test bed in China is generally a lack of corresponding statemonitoring system in the current.It is a urgent demand to establish an on-line monitoringsystem for monitor,analysis,predict transmisson’s state, and with the function of earlyalarming and shut down.This paper based on the transmission test bed which was developed for enterprise bytest and measurement technology research institute in Chongqing University of Technology,so it firstly introduces composition of the transmission test bed. Communication mode andmonitoring methods of transmission speed,torque,temperature,gear were designed,whichcombined with hardware of the measurement and control system in transmission testbed.Secondly,the hardware of transmission vibration monitoring system was bulit up. Thevibration characteristics of the signal from the abnormal transmission were studied,andthen the corresponding time domain vibration monitoring methods and frequency domainvibration monitoring methods were developed.It is difficult to establish the the absolutestandard of the industry in transmission vibration monitoring,the article uses the relativestandard as the vibration monitoring indicators of transmission.The following work iscompleted in the development and test process of the monitoring system:In data acquisition module, in order to meet the requirements of the order tracking andtime-domain synchronous average signal synchronous acquisition,a synchronizationmethod between different data acquisition card for the speed pulse signal and the vibrationacceleration signal was designed.According to use speed pulse as the period of time scalein time domain synchronous averaging technique effectively improves signal-to-noise ratioof the sampled signal.Aiming to decrease the industrial field interference, to solve thefirst-order filter poor performance,a second-order hardware filter circuit was designed,alsosoftware with a variety of parameters to choose from different types of digital filters wasdeveloped.In the process and analysis of non-stationary vibration singal,the software ordertracking methods of transmission vibration monitoring are contrasted briefly. combinedwith the advantages of resampling order analysis and Gabor order analysis, theresampling-based order analysis applied to online monitoring real-time monitoring, Gabororder analysis as the off-line analysis can be directly extracted the desired order waveformfrom the original time domain waveform.In data off-line analysis,data Storage System synthetically using TDMS and databaseto achieve data batch efficient written to the database, the development of fault analysisand diagnosis function,which use of spectrum analysis, and code demodulation analysis todetect sideband of transmission vibration signal spectral analysis for experimentalverification.Finally,transmission durability test status monitoring software system was developedby using software development platform Labwindows/CVI, the system can automaticallyonline monitoring and early alaming value set,and can be done in real-time data collection,analysis, display and save task,which provide effective protection for transmission test.
