Gear-rotor-bearing system is a vital part of chemical, aviation and machinery industry in our country, which is important transmission system and widely applied in all kinds of machinery and equipment. Due to high demand for modern mechanical transmission equipment in chemical, machinery and aviation area, operating condition is heading to high-speed, high-temperature and overload direction, which has resulted in vibration or failure when gear-rotor-bearing system is in run.In order to satisfy the needs of safety for high-speed rotating machinery, gear-rotor-bearing system is studied. Considering time-varying mesh stiffness and bearing stiffness, nonlinear dynamic model of gear bearing rotor system, which is applied to complex load, can be established by using finite element Method (FEM). The dynamic equation of the model is solved by using numerical method. Nonlinear vibration behavior and stability of gear-rotor-bearing system is researched in order to reveal the dynamic characteristics influence of gear meshing stiffness, shaft stiffness, speed changes and structural parameters on gear-rotor-bearing system; By considering tooth wear, crack in shaft, unbalance and loosening failure of gear-rotor-bearing system to establish dynamic model of multi-faults, the influence on the rotor system and principle of the coupling of multiple faults is studied; According to these principle, gear rotor bearing system with coupled multiple faults is identified by using model-based and signal-based identification method, and type of system fault are distinguished in order to raise more efficient and accurate fault identification algorithm. It verifies the theoretical correctness and reliability of the method by making the experiment of gear-rotor-bearing system on the test bench.The subject has an important guiding significance and application value to accurately predict the dynamic performance of gear-rotor-bearing system, improve the reliability of the gear rotor system.
