Residential Greenbelt is an important part of urban green space, planning and construction of our country by only 30%-35% of the green rate index to boot. Rapid urbanization, the city is facing a lack of green space, ecosystem services(Ecosystem services) and the lack of environmental quality degradation and other issues. How to guide the construction of urban physical environment through policy and indicators of land use planning and management in line with ecological and economic efficiency, it has become one of the important issues at home and abroad to achieve sustainable urban development. In contrast, Germany, the United States, Singapore and other countries to promote landscape elements integrated with each other entities and residential buildings in force in the various assessment, planning and construction guidelines, the current domestic-related research and practice is relatively poor, due to local economic and social development, environmental conditions, housing differences exist zone architectural features etc, it is necessary to attract international cases based on the depth guide evaluation method residential landscape elements and architectural integration of the physical environment, to achieve sustainable development of the city to provide technical support.From the 1980 s, Berlin, Seattle has through "Habitat Area Factor" and "Seattle green factor" as an evaluation of the various land-use eco-efficient tools, such as residential, commercial and public buildings, land, etc. creatively integrated in urban planning and design of the building entities greening, water, soil these landscape elements; and through the evaluation, effectively guide the urban landscape to increase the number and quality optimization.In this study, the research area of Guangzhou, the introduction of planning and design of residential areas in Guangzhou habitat area factor assumption tool, select the largest proportion of new high-density urban environment type Residential high-rise as the research object, based on landscape and ecology residential green space theory as a basis, to absorb "Seattle green factor" evaluation method based on the combination of high-rise residential landscape characterized Guangzhou Guangzhou to build high-rise residential green factor assessment tool is suitable for. And then combined to select the top eight in Guangzhou typical high-rise settlements case, by setting 24 kinds of landscape elements(with different degree of openness of the pavement, water and plant cultivation area) comprehensive evaluation, evaluation of different architectural and landscape features live actual ecological and environmental benefits area. Draw conclusions from the results of the assessment, it can be seen in this study to build high-rise residential green Guangzhou factor assessment tool to guide the construction of residential areas in line with ecological and economic efficiency to provide strong support.This study presents the GUANGZHOU settlements green factor assessment method, only to explore the site to assess the scale of residential buildings and landscape elements of integration, does not consider the effect of each particular case in which the position of the city as a whole ecological environment can be generated from urban scale, therefore required in future studies to do a comprehensive study of multiple scales.
