Research On Planning Of Outdoor Recreational Area System Under The Perspective Of Garden City In Wenjiang District, Chengdu City

Recreation is one of the modern urban and rural four functions (resident, work, traffic and recreation). Now as their living standard rises ceaselessly and free time increases, people, who usually is busy with their work, put outdoor recreation activities forward higher request to relieve the double pressure of their body and mind. At the same time, as a famous international leisure city, Chengdu has always strong leisure atmosphere. Based on the two reasons, the author selected "The outdoor recreational area system planning of Wenjiang district in Chengdu city" as the subject of paper research.In December2009, the Chengdu municipal party committee established a long-term goal and historical position that the construction of "The World Modern Garden City"in all of Chengdu regions, while positioning Wenjiang District (which is under the jurisdiction of Chengdu) as Chengdu "The World Modern Garden City Demonstration Zone" for construction."The World Modern Garden City"is a comprehensive, strategic objectives and a combination of" Global City"," Modern City "and" Garden City ".Base on some need, the thesis only focuses on the consideration of "Garden City" planning and construction, to provide outdoor recreational area system planning of Wenjiang district a good opportunity. Therefore, under the perspective of "Garden City", the thesis is in the background of Chengdu "The World Modern Garden City" building to research the outdoor recreational area system planning of Wenjiang district.Under the perspective of Chengdu "Garden City" construction, using documentary research method, field survey method, questionnaire analysis method, inductive deductive method, quantitative binding assay analysis method, etc.five kinds of research methods, the paper research tries to make recreation-ist of Wenjiang district use outdoor recreational area under the garden city space pattern, to fully meet their outdoor recreational needs; at the same time promote recreation-related research progress at a certain extent, and committee to the construction of "Garden City" in Wenjiang district.The paper research takes Overview and analysis of natural, social and other inspection of Wenjiang district, comprehensive exposition of the garden city and recreation-related theoretical knowledge and investigation analysis status quo outdoor swim recreation ground and residents’outdoor recreational needs in Wenjiang district; then expounded the role of garden city on the outdoor recreational area system planning of Wenjiang district, including the whole idea of guidelines role, macro-strategy-oriented role and specific measures control role; and described the outdoor recreational area system planning strategy in Wenjiang district under the role of garden city, including combinating pastoral ecology of Wenjiang district fully to create the green space, coordinating with other planning to integrate the urban and rural outdoor recreational area development and building a outdoor recreational network system by combination of point, line, face to reflect the social harmony. On this basis, using relevant expertise and coordinating with the urban and rural planning, green space planning, tourism development planning of Wenjiang district, the authors propose a program of outdoor recreational area system planning under the perspective of Garden City planning in Wenjiang district. At first, Program clear its overall goal, planning concepts, planning principles and general idea; then research the content:Level structure planning of outdoor recreational area system of Wenjiang district, layered structure planning of outdoor recreational area system of Wenjiang district, space structure planning of outdoor recreational area system of Wenjiang district and the different types of outdoor recreational area spatial layout of the system. Thesis eventually comes to the definition of relevant concepts and the planning results or conclusions of the above four aspects, then discuss the inadequacies and outlook.
