According to the characteristics of the solar house, additional sunshine solarhouse is designed based on the solar thermal utilization. It mainly includesheat-supplying system, ventilation cooling system and solar thermal powergeneration system. In additional to the heating of building itself, the seasonal storage system isused to ensure the room temperature in heating period. The heat stored in theseasonal storage system can be released to improve the room thermal environment. It can make the room comfortable in human normal activity region and the room airflow rate is low, but it won’t appear dusty. Based on the saving energy, the solarthermal power generation system is used to be the room power supply system. In order to solve the problem of indoor overheat in summer, the solar chimneyand solar adsorption refrigeration system are used. The solar chimney is mainlythrough the hot-pressing to strengthen the natural ventilation and it is used as themain and solar adsorption refrigeration system as the supplementary. Theconclusions can be got that with the effect of the solar chimney, the temperatureincreases slightly, but it can increase the air exchange number and compared with nosolar chimney, it is good for the room hot humid air to exhaust. Therefore the indoorhot environment can be got a distinct improvement with solar chimney.Theoretical analysis of the solar energy consumption and the economy in thepassive solar house is done and it can be got that energy consumption index in eachseason can achieve the building energy consumption indicators and the purpose ofsaving energy can be achieved and the solar house has certain economic and feasiblevalue.
