Central air-conditioning is a system with large time delay. It needs a period of time from the refrigeration sending cooling capacity to the room. The cooling capacity sending to the room does not match the demand because of the time delay. On the other hand, central air-conditioning is a system of large energy consumption, and the subsystems are generally designed in accordance with the maximum cold load. Because most of the time central air-conditioning is not in full load condition, so it will cause a lot of waste of energy. The energy saving technology of air-conditioning control system generally focuses only on a single system, mainly refrigeration system, and ignores the energy saving potential of the other subsystems. The plan of priority classification of the central air-conditioning control system is put forward. And thorough analysis of the fan system and pump system is undertaken.The paper researches fuzzy automata modeling method of fuzzy discrete event system (FDES), optimizes the FDES automata synthesis method, and establishes FDES automaton of the air-conditioning’s subsystems. Using this method, relevant analysis on the central air-conditioning system energy saving potential of each subsystem is undertaken, and the basis of priority classification is obtained.Based on the priority classification of the fan system and the pump system, the frequency conversion control rule table is established according to the measured data, and an energy saving scheme which can do the reasonable and effective variable frequency operation is put forward.In the air-conditioning energy saving control system, we use the temperature and humidity sensors, data acquisition card as the digital collection module, use industrial control computer, Java virtual machine as the core control module, use the personal computer as upper machine display module. At the same time, the system adopts serial communication, network communication for data transmission, adopts Mysql database to store the data, adopts Swing interface design technology for data displaying. All the modules work closely to achieve the common goal of central air-conditioning energy saving.The paper compares the scheme of air conditioning system and original system. And the energy consumption calculation results show, the energy saving effect of the central air-conditioning energy saving system will be better with the time passing because of the increasing of the sample data.This paper presents that the central air-conditioning energy saving control scheme for air-conditioning system has certain practical significance on the reducing energy consumption of the fan system and the pump system.
