| In recent years,with the research of building energy conservation in China,a large number of building energy conservation technologies emerge at the historic moment.Air conditioning energy conservation technology can reduce the energy consumption of air conditioning equipment by 20% to 35%,effectively improve the basic situation of building redundant energy consumption,and make outstanding contributions to building energy conservation.According to the actual application of air-conditioning equipment in different regions and natural environments,there is still room for continuous innovation,improvement and improvement of air-conditioning energy-saving technology.To achieve low energy consumption and high efficiency in the operation of air conditioning equipment,which can meet people’s actual needs and reduce energy consumption,is the fundamental goal of air conditioning energy saving.On the basis of reading a large number of relevant literature and theoretical research and analysis,based on the frequency conversion air conditioning technology,the paper establishes an air conditioning energy-saving system,which takes the frequency conversion water chiller,frequency conversion water pump and frequency conversion air conditioning unit as the functional modules,combined with the BMS building automatic control system,and aims at the design,commissioning,operation and maintenance management,intelligent frequency conversion air conditioning system and its control of super high-rise public buildings Research and analysis are carried out to evaluate the energy-saving effect of the system.According to the actual application of the variable frequency air conditioning system,according to the investigation method,theoretical research method,empirical research method and actual measurement analysis method,according to the variable frequency air conditioning equipment,the BMS building automatic control system is applied to simplify the system operation and reduce the operation energy consumption.Apply design The simulation software of builder is used to compare and analyze the energy-saving effect of the variable frequency air conditioning system in the super high-rise office building.The results show that the energy consumption of the air conditioning system is reduced by using the variable frequency technology of water pump.It is found that the annual energy consumption of the water chiller unit is reduced by 68300 kwh,while the annual energy consumption of the water pump in the unit is reduced by 601600 kwh,and the annual energy of the system is reduced The consumption value saved about 699900 kwh.In terms of energy consumption of chillers and fans,the annual energy consumption of chillers and fans has been greatly reduced by341200 kwh and 273800 kwh by adopting frequency conversion technology.In the research and analysis of frequency conversion technology of super high-rise buildings,the energy consumption data of the whole year operation is measured byinstruments and equipment,and the energy consumption analysis of the monitoring results shows that the application of frequency conversion water chiller technology reduces the annual power consumption by about 20%;the application of frequency conversion water pump technology reduces the annual power consumption by nearly 30%;the application of frequency conversion air conditioning technology reduces the annual power consumption by about 25%.The above frequency conversion air conditioning equipment is used in combination with BMS system for detection,control and regulation.The overall energy saving percentage of the system can reach 20% ~ 25%,and the air conditioning operation effect is in a high energy saving stateThrough the research of intelligent control system such as BMS building automation system,the operation level of system automation control and regulation is improved,management and operation cost is saved,equipment operation management is difficult,equipment operation data is not easy to read and save and other operation and maintenance problems.The use of intelligent control system can reduce the dependence on the technical level and management ability of operators,improve the automation level of system self-operation,self-monitoring,self adjustment,not only reduce the labor cost of operation,but also reduce the energy consumption of system operation through timely,accurate and efficient adjustment of the system. |
