Energy issue is becoming increasingly serious. In order to development and utilize renewable energy to achieve the purpose of sustainable development and energy saving and emission reduction. The feasibility of solar low-temperature radiant floor heating system in north China area was studied. A computer program according to the related theory of solar radiation based on the Hottel Model which can be able to correlate the measured dates was completed. This program can compute the solar radiation, sunrise time, sunset time, peak, all day long accumulated radiation of the slope at any angle in sunny days in major cities and the best angle of solar collector. Also this program can compute the solar radiation in local area and give reference in for solar radiation computing in close regions. It can satisfy the general solar energy engineering and scientific research needs。The dynamic thermal loading of a house in Tianjin was simulated by using DEST-h. The distribution of floor temperature when heating with the phase change heat storage floor and the cool time and the heating schedule in different outdoor temperature when using Intermittent heating was Simulated. The floor temperature distribution with different floor materials and different water temperature was researched by using CFD. A solar low-temperature radiant floor heating system through reasonable choice of solar collector, storage tank and assist heat source was designed.The development of the application of phase change heat storage technology in the solar energy heating system was introduced. And a solar low temperature floor heating system which used the phase change heat storage technology was designed, which included the design of the heat reservoir and the selection of the phase change material.The economic benefits and environmental benefits of the solar low-temperature floor heating system was studied, the solar floor heating system had fine environmental benefits and economic benefits in operation period was proved. Although the initial investment is higher, but the operation cost is low, and the long-term operation of the system can greatly reduce the CO2emissions, which can help to alleviate global warming, also this can reduce the acid gas and suspended particles emissions.
