With the increasing scarcity of the traditional energy resources and major cities in the domestic environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious in recent years, making the state promulgated a series of environmental protection laws and regulations, the construction and development of new energy has been strongly supported by the country, under the current dividend policy, the most important part of renewable energy—development prospects of solar energy industry is very broad.Because the development of the modern architecture of comfort requirements are getting higher and higher, the heating way in improving indoor comfortable environment is becoming more and more important. For the traditional central heating system in winter, due to the use of non-renewable energy sources are coal, natural gas and other, not only the use of building energy efficiency policies countries are now proposed, and serious air pollution and damage to the environment, given the huge total solar energy, clean pollution- free, without mining and transport advantages, the most abundant solar energy as renewable energy, as we offer a good way to solve the problem caused by the current traditional energy heating. But solar energy in heating system application is limited to solar of instability and uncertainty, utilizing thermal storage device to adjust the supply and demand of the heat energy in the time and intensity mismatches can increase heat production and utilization efficiency, is a feasible way.In order to improve the solar energy utilization rate and guarantee rate, this paper presents the solar energy, low-temperature radiant floor heating terminal and the storage device is coupled to the heating system. By the contrast between building heat load and solar irradiance, its operating mode control and optimization design are specific studied. According to the system control theory in Urumqi area optimization control strategy for the operation are summarized; then according to the operation of the proposed control strategy and the data obtained in the experiment, which can calculate the relevant results about solar guaranteed rate in heating season.The construction of solar low-temperature floor radiation coupling of heating system for heating design in cold area provides a new way of thinking, At the same time, the system operation control strategy and the experimental data are studied,which provide a reference basis for utilization of winter in Urumqi area of solar energy in heating. If we can effectively use the solar energy, which will reduce winter heating energy consumption, winter carbon dioxide emissions can also be effectively controlled, so as to further reduce air pollution caused by the use of traditional energy.
