As for tire crane design, in addition to reliable, superior performance, a comfortable man-machine interface, a new body design, linear style, coordinated color visual effects, also constitutes an important component part.This paper takes tire crane Sany as an object, with the actual project of Sany Heavy Industry Corporation to study how to better understand the design requirements of the Party A to meet the emotional needs and the design concept of the industrial design. The paper investigates the development and current situation of engineering machinery design at home and abroad, to understand the characteristics of the tire crane by analyzing the Sany product styling, looking for the sense of the product series or the sense of family, to study the crane styling characteristics. The paper is organized as the main clues to the Sany tire crane design process, firstly, to understand and realize the design requirements of the Party A, to decomposite the design task; secondly, to research and analyse the conditions of use and other relevant factors of the tire crane; thirdly, to design in accordance with the objectives and requirements and findings; to modify according to the Party A’s feedback and have the iterative design of the tire crane. It is always to maintain the style of the enterprise, the products of good appearance, manufacturability, distinct characteristics, and to provide a useful theory and practical experience for construction machinery designs. |
