Research On Measurement System Of Solid Propellant Kneading Machine’s Temperature And Pressure

The solid propellant kneading machine, which is the necessary equipment for the production of solid propellant. In the production process of solid propellant, there’ re two important parameters that affect the production process, the one is the temperature, the other is the pressure. So it’s necessary for the the production of solid propellant to accurately grasp and research the two parameters. And it has an important significance in the working process of the solid propellant.In the thesis, one project is designed on measurement system of solid propellant kneading machine’s temperature and pressure, which is based on the characteristics of solid propellant, and the status and development trend on measurement system of temperature and pressure at home and abroad. According to the plan, the hardware selection is completed, then the system hardware circuit is to be designed, the hardware circuit includes four parts (analog circuitry of pressure, digital circuitry of temperature, power supply circuit and display circuit). Meanwhile, in order to avoid outside interference, the design of housing and the installation of sensor hardware are designed. When the hardware design is finished, the software design is also finished. After it, there have a debugging on the hardware and the software, and the debugging is right, then the verification experiment is to be finished under the normal conditions.The system choose the STC89C52RC microcontroller as the core processor, and the signal of the three channel of temperatures and six channel of pressures are to be transmitted by the wireless transmission technology, at last, the signal is displayed on the monitor. In the process of transmission, the data are processed through using the arithmetic mean filtering algorithm. At the same time, the alarm upper and lower limits are set. In brief, the system has a small size, low power, and anti-interference ability etc, and it can normal work.
