With the development of modern war, the request for lifting the opto-electronic system’s stabilizing accuracy and further disdance, the systematic and thorough research is carried out for the speculum/platform combination stability control technique.The precise mathematic model of the system is constructed. Depending on the experimental dates, modification and validation have been done. The model is simulated in the Matlab/simulink; proper predigestion is adopted for the request of design. Simultaneously,in the light of the results from modeling and simulated analysis,the controllers of the thick platform and fine platform as well as the blending controller are designed,and the validity of the controllers as well as the lifting ability of the combination stability control method for aiming property are verified simulatively.Based on the design plan, the illustrative model machine of the combination stability control system is built.The inertial gyro with two shafts and two frames is used for stabilizing the platform so as to fulfill the rude stabilization;The speedy speculum’s composite parts based on piezoelectric ceramics are adopted for compensating the residual errors of the rude stabilization so as to accomplish the essential stabilization.The thick platform control,fine platform control and two-stage stability blending control are all integrated in the dSPACE processor for realization,thereby most greatly optimizing the system’s control resource and improving the date transfer efficiency between the thick platform and fine platform.At the same time,the tiny arc angular displacement checking system is designed based on PSD.The tests for the accuracy and dynamic behavior of the speedy speculum are carried out,the results of which show that the speedy speculum designed here could meet the needs of the system’s application entirely.Besides,the vacillation test and vibration test are made for the combination stability system,the results of which show that the stabilization accuracy of the combination stability control system could be improved more greatly by using the combination stability control technique.Simultaneously,the validity and practicability of the system’s model and controller deduced here are further verified through the test.
