Bulk density powders from iron tailings of a similar foam concrete as cement ratio increases, its water absorption is also gradually increasing. This is because as the water-cement ratio increases, powder from iron tailings foams contain pores in the concrete and gel pore is also increasing, so that an increase in porosity, changed its structure.Iron tailings powder of doped into, obvious improve has foam concrete of compressive strength and anti-folded strength, as iron tailings powder doped into volume of increased, foam concrete of anti-pressure and anti-folded strength with of increases, but Dang iron tailings powder doped into volume reached85%of when, anti-pressure and anti-folded strength reached maximum value, as iron tailings powder doped volume of continues to increased, anti-pressure and anti-folded strength is decline trend.Powder apparent density of foam concrete from iron tailings affects the size of its strength, water absorption and thermal conductivity. Powder from iron tailings of foam concrete compressive strength as you increase the apparent density increases, when400is apparent density and compressive strength of7d,28d,0.7MPa,1.2MPa, respectively, when the apparent density of900level, respectively increased the compressive strength of7d,28d,3.6MPa,5.1MPa. Low apparent density of foam concrete, more bubbles introduced in production, cement and mixture proportion of smaller, so the higher water absorption and high apparent density of foam concrete, introduced in the production of bubble less materials account for a large proportion of cement and other components, so reducing its water absorption. When0.1%is mixed, cracking index decreased by40%, and increased when the quantity of polypropylene fiber to0.4%, cracking index can reduce76%, this shows the polypropylene fiber can effectively prevent the powder from iron tailings of foam concrete cracking.This article also apparent density, low thermal conductivity of the EPS particles, after modification added to the tailings of iron powder in foam concrete, can effectively improve the powder from iron tailings of foam concrete compressive strength, to reduce its thermal conductivity. When0.5%is amount of mixed with EPS granule, powder from iron tailings of foam concrete compressive strength respectively19%,7d,28d, can reduce the thermal conductivity of23%, when the EPS particles mixed with more than0.5%of the time, began reducing the compressive strength. At the same time, elastic modulus of EPS granular characteristics of large tailings of iron powder foam concrete seismic performance is improved.In addition, to improve the performance of iron tailings powder foam concrete, this article mixed with a proper amount of admixture. Experimental results show that when reducing agent when mixed with0.7%, powder from iron tailings foam concrete compressive strength respectively7d,28d,38%. At the same time early-strength admixture and rapid setting admixture and superplasticizer using, improved powder from iron tailings of foam concrete and early hardening time strength,3d compressive strength increased more than twice times, improved compressive strength of7d59%. In this article on apparent density of different powders from iron tailings of foam concrete after freeze-thaw cycle25, apparent density of400-level block, the mass loss rate of4.8%, strength loss rate of18.2%, of apparent density900block, the mass loss rate of2.3%, strength loss rate of3.6%.
