| As the energy crisis and environment problem is increasingly worse, people place high hope on renewable energy resources. Solar power as an important renewable resource attracts more and more attention. Solar panel’s output voltage varies with sunlight radiation and load connected to the panel, and the output rang of the panel is very wide. Besides the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the solar material, the efficiency of the converter is extremely important. So a qualified converter in PV system must have a wide input range and high efficiency.As a promising clean energy, photovoltaic power generation is of great significance to the development of human society. Some common structure of several of the PV inverter is introduced in the first Chapter. And isolation DC/DC converter structure can be used in this condition is analyzed. At last topology used in this article is proposed.In the second chapter, basic principle of the converter is introduced. Firstly, the converter is analyzed in several stages, and the equivalent circuit of each stage is given. The ZVS condition for all input range is given. At last, the gain model is proposed base on the LLC FHA model.In the third chapter, the design method of the converter is proposed. Firstly, the loss model is given for it’s the base of choosing parameters. After that, circuit parameter is chosen for which has good impact of the converter loss. The control circuit is also given in this chapter.Base on the theoretical analysis, a lkW prototype is built to verify the analysis. Experiment is done in a full input range, and the validity of design and theory analysis is verified by the experimental results. |
