| After reviewing the states of PWM DC/DC converter, and comparing with other resonant topologies, high efficiency LLC resonant topology is proposed. The LLC topology is developed from traditional SRC resonant topology through adding only one inductor. The new LLC topology can boost the input voltage when its operation frequency is lower than the resonant frequency. So it can get higher efficiency than other topology when it operation at rated input voltage.LLC operation principles, parameter design and design process are presented in the paper.At the end of the paper,1500W LLC DC/DC converter was designed, The test result verified the good performance of this topology. |
