In the past decade, the commercial vehicle market maintained rapid growthsituation, Commercial vehicle performance is increasing emphasis on not only theload weight, power or overload capacity, but also vehicle NVH. In commercialvehicle vibration and noise reduction design, sound quality has become an importantindicator of comfort evaluation. Since the domestic commercial vehicles acousticperformance requirements are not strict and no mandatory regulations restrict the cabnoise, it results in inadequate investment in research foundation and weak acousticperformance of commercial vehicles. In China, for commercial vehicle, sound qualityevaluation and analysis is almost empty, It is estimated that the number of domesticcommercial vehicle cab noise quality can not be achieved user satisfaction degree. Inthis paper, it making the requirements of the enterprise of domestic heavy commercialvehicles for a certain type of vehicle sound quality equivalent model and soundquality in evaluation research.By the subjective evaluation of experimental results and objectivepsychoacoustic parameters,With HEAD data acquisition system,5The sameleveldifferent types of heavy commercial vehicles (Foreign and Domestic)in uniformspeed, acceleration, idling interior noise signal is recorded and each A sound level,loudness, roughness, sharpness, fluctuation strength, tonality, AI Indexpsychoacoustic objective parameters of the noise signal.is calculated. The secondusing the BP neural network establish uniform conditions and accelerated conditionsof heavy commercial vehicle cab noise quality assessment and forecast model in orderto identify objective parameters that have a major impact on the results of subjectiveevaluation. Then using Head BTPA (Binaural Transfer Path Analysis) and BTPS(Binaural Transfer Path Synthesis) analysis, combined with the contribution analysisidentify the impact of major noise sources and transmission path of the cab noisequality. Finally, through the study of noise reduction strategies and influencingfactors, putting forward practical sound quality optimization program and taking theappropriate optimization measures improve the quality of its acoustics, its acousticquality of a good level of similar foreign models meet the user’s requirements.
