In order to improve the level of controlling technology for DBD type ozonizer, some key questions for controlling technology are discussed.On this basis of the researching, the power control unit is developed. The works in this paper are as follows:(1) The influence rules of frequency,duty ratio and voltage on discharge power are discussed. The conclusion that input power is fit for being used as the control parameter of discharge power is showed. And the method that controlling discharge power by using input power is proposed.The result that regulating voltage can own larger adjusting range, higher adjusting precision,higher discharge efficiency and more stable system than the regulating duty ratio and frequency is showed.(2) On the basis of power control strategy, the power control unit which includes signal collection part, power measurement,data processing part and voltage regulation part is developed.By the research the results that the unit has advantages of good generality, big adjusting range and high stability for ozonizer are proved.And most of ozonizers can use the unit.The unit has good versatility and can be used by most of the ononizer.The works have reference value to improve the automation level of Chinese ozonizer. |
