Ozone,which be used extensively, has been a kind of ideal green resource because of it's oxidization. In numerous ozone synthesize methods, dielectric barrier discharge has become the main method in large-scale industry ozone synthesis. On the foundation of the foregone work, the paper improved the structure of ozonizer and the power supply. Meanwhile, I have developed a device of detecting concentration of ozone quickly, then represented and analyzed the process and result of the experiment of the structure. Under the condition of this Laboratory, I have researched the main factors of affecting ozone synthesize, such as the width of clearance,the voltage and frequency of power supply,the gas velocity of flow and the thickness of dielectric barrier. Under the same condition, the production yield of ozone increased with increasing gas velocity of flow,decreasing thickness of dielectric barrier , but the production yield of ozone initially increased with increasing width of clearance,increasing voltage and frequency of power supply, reached a saturation and then declined with them.
