Owning to the lower operating temperature, rapid start-up, high efficiency, the compact structure, proton exchange membrane fuel cell is regarded as the preference power source of the electric automobile and a fixed power station. After years of basic research and application, we have made a great progress in the investigation in PEMFC, but there are still many issues that needed further study. Fuel cell vehicle powertrain often runs under all kinds of mechanical disturbing force, and thus its ability of antivibration and impact resistance has a great influence on the service life and reliability, it is very necessary to carry out the finite element simulation analysis based on ABAQUS/Explicit.This dissertation first introduces the fundamentals and structure of the proton exchange membrane fuel cell, and then summarizes the theoretical basis of the element method and dynamic analysis. Next, taking the XY-200cell pile as the studied objective, it establishes the three dimensional finite element model using Pro/E and Hypermesh software. Then the cell pile is simulated with modal analysis by finite element analysis software ABAQUS. Finally, it discusses the transient responses of cell pile under three different working conditions with impact load. According to the simulation results, this dissertation points out the vulnerable parts and puts forward improvement schemes for the cell pile structure.
