With the development of economy and the advancement of science and technology,rail transit,as the mainstay of China's transportation of heavy-duty cargo and passengers' fast transportation,has its application and frequency increasing.The bogie is a key component of rail vehicles and rail transit.The traction rod is also a key component of the bogie,and it is responsible for transmitting traction and braking force.In the high-speed train bogie,the rubber elastic component is the key suspension component.Once the fault occurs,the safety of the vehicle will be safe.The change of its performance parameters will also affect the running quality of the train.In this paper,the traction rod assembly in the central suspension device of the rail transit bogie is used as the entry point.The model of the traction rod assembly is established by Pro/E,the model structure is simplified,the model parameters are optimized,and the rigidity of the rod and the stiffness of the rubber joint are checked by ABAQUS.And produce physical objects for verification.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Under the condition of longitudinal load of 40 KN,analyze and optimize the structure of the traction rod and check whether the 40 Cr material meets the strength requirement.(2)Analyze and calculate the radial stiffness and axial stiffness of the traction node,produce the physical verification calculation results,and compare the analysis with the physical verification results for error analysis.
