The pump is one of the main energy-consuming equipment, large amount of our industry, involving a wide range, have been widely used in the agricultural and industrial fields, its power consumption accounts for about20%of the total generating capacity. At present our country pumps performance compared with the advanced countries there is still a considerable gap, research energy-saving ways and measures to improve the efficiency of the pump, pump efficiency and pump system, running life, extend the pump to reduce energy consumption, has the vital significance to our country’s energy-saving emission reduction work.Design and performance prediction of PUMPAL using Concepts module of NREC one-dimensional hydraulic model according to the design parameters of the pump, using AxCent module to read PUMPAL data, to complete the three-dimensional blade modeling, rapid analysis is designed by PushbuttonCFD level scheme of CFD, the numerical experiment by using NUMECA software, find out the existing problems in the internal flow the analysis of the problem, the feedback to the AxCent module corresponding improvement design, in the CFD analysis result can meet the design requirements to determine the final design, and complete the design and validation of experimental device according to the program’s data. Development of circulation pump hydraulic model of large flow, high lift. The successful development of this product will fill the blank of hydraulic model, bring considerable economic benefits and social benefits for the company.
