With the devastating decrease of resource,the high efficiency and energy-saving product has been increasingly popular.The constant power and constant pressure pump has just been developed under this background.This article presents a well-rounded study about one-pump-driven-one-actuator based on a pressure-control variable pump,several primary parameters that have remarkable influences in stability of the system are presented.Through a series of theoretical analysis,simulation and experiment,these parameters have been verified.Based on study of pressure-flow curve of pressure-control pump,hydraulic system and stability analysis of one-pump-driven-one-actuator,stability study of one-pump-driven-multi-actuators is presented via both theory and simulation.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Chapter 1 introduces basic knowledge of hydraulic velocity control circuit,pressure-control pump,study of pressure-control pump and unstable variations in hydraulic systemsChapter 2 presents theoretical stability analysis of one-pump-driven-one-actuator,according to system mathematical model,characteristics of the pump are vital in system's stability.The model is simplified by taking into account real data,and then this paper uses the simplified model in the classic BODE diagram to analyze the system stability.According to the analysis,eight parameters that have primary influences in the system stability are brought up.Chapter 3,based on theoretical analysis,built a simulation model and implemented real experiment to verify the stated parameters.In chapter 4,based on stability analysis of one-pump-driven-one-actuator,this paper then proposes the stability analysis of one-pump-driven-multi-actuators system.By analyzing the mathematical model of the hydraulic circuit and force analysis and the specific pressure-flow curve of the pressure-control pump,parameters that have big influences on the stability of one-pump-driven-multi-actuators system are proposed.Later in the simulation model of the one-pump-driven-multi-actuators system,these parameters are verified.This paper ends with the work conclusion about stability analysis of hydraulic systems based on pressure-control,and then states some future potential work.
