With the continuous improvement of ship positioning requirements today, traditional dynamic positioning system has been difficult to meet the increasing requirements, thus high dynamic positioning control system, such as control system based on intelligent control theory and nonlinear control theory has been great proposed by people.As a nonlinear intelligent control method can embed human knowledge, the fuzzy rule base of fuzzy system is required good robustness and completeness, and the adaptive ability to uncertainties of system and environmental interference. Employ the adaptive fuzzy control algorithm, on the one hand, can utilize universal approximation characteristics of the fuzzy systems; on the other hand, it can make the fuzzy system be adaptive with environment random disturbances and uncertainties. Therefore, the adaptive fuzzy control is suitable for dynamic positioning process. Fuzzy control need to design the fuzzy rule base. This paper uses data mining method to extract fuzzy rule library and designing the adaptive fuzzy controller based on data mining. The main research work is as follows:Analysis of the specific works of the data mining technology, explored the simulation of the dynamic positioning ship manual control data, Analysis of ship dynamic positioning systems with the uncertainties in the model, using an adaptive fuzzy system to online and approximation, and the control rules of fuzzy system is given by using data mining technology. At the last, design dynamic positioning adaptive fuzzy controller based on data mining through backstepping algorithm.Simulate the adaptive fuzzy controller based on data mining with the simulink toolbox and fuzzy logic kit in MATLAB for this article, and compared with control effect of traditional PID controller. Simulation results show that the adaptive fuzzy controller based on data mining can make the uncertain parameter and a variety of ship marine environment interference adaptive, effectively improve the anti-jamming ability and precision of dynamic positioning ship. That is to say this article studies the adaptive fuzzy controller based on data mining applied in dynamic positioning has very important significance.
