| Marine high pressure pipe joint of sleeve type is a new and advanced coupling method.Comparing with traditional ship hydraulic lines, its connection has a simple structure, reliable sealing performance, easy to use, lightweight appearance, without welding, and canbe repeated assembly and disassembly. There are some advantages of pipe installation suchas cleaning, preventing combustion, preventing explosions, and to be suitable forhigh-altitude and complex environment job. At present, a large number of high pressurepipe joint of sleeve type need to be imported in our country due to some inadequacies ofdomestic products such as lower reliability, to be easy to lead to reduced efficiency ofhydraulic systems, higher oil temperature, instability of the implementing agencies, environmental pollution, etc. So the technological transformation of domestic high pressurepipe joint of sleeve type is very urgent and imminent. In this paper, basic theories and the researches are researched and summarized such asstructural design, precision control, surface hardening, and assembly use of high pressurepipe joint of sleeve type. Main works are completed as follows.(1) In order to ensure the manufacturing precision of the card sets, some works arecompleted such as combination tool design of sleeve type edge processing, fixturedesign, nuts design, metal cutting processing design of pipe joint parts.(2) For improving the ferrule surface hardening quality and yield, a nitriding furnacebased on of sulphocarbonitriding Steel Surface is researched and designed.(3) According to the working principle of sleeve type, structure feature and workingenvironment, assembly process specifications of pipe joint of sleeve types aredeveloped to improve the installation quality of pipe joints.(4) With the computer aided education (CAE) technology, card sets structure design andassembly torque computer are researched and for application.(5) The detection system and related equipments of sleeve type have been researched anddeveloped with hard works with the members of project team together. |
