Energy saving and environmental protection is a key factor to promote the sustainable development strategy in China, and it’s an important measure to achieve the rational use of energy and to remain our country’s national economy sustainable and stable development. The hotel building energy saving efficiency mainly in two aspects, the energy-saving in air conditioning systems and hot water system, the combination of solar, ground source heat pumps and domestic hot water plays an important part in the building energy saving, so it attracts more and more attention.In this paper, hotel building model of several cities were simulated to get their annual load characteristics, then the study area is divided into three typical region, A, B and C, A region represents that the whole absorption of the ground-source heat pump air conditioning system is much greater than the cumulative releasing heat, B region means the two is as the same, C region represents that the releasing heat is much greater. C area is divided into C1, C2two regions according to the D-value of the annual release heat and the absorption heat. Put forward Solar ground source heat pump system for A area, Solar+ground source heat pump+domestic hot water system for B area, ground source heat pump+domestic hot water system for C system; Then the design of the three kinds of system, control strategy and economic analysis have done.Firstly, load of cities throughout the year was simulated by DeST, according to the rusults of the simulating, Harbin, Dunhua, Changchun were selected for the study of A area, Urumqi City,Hohhot, cold lake were selected for B area, Dalian City, Taiyuan, Chengshan were selected for C1area, Beijing, Xi’an, Jinan were selected for the study of C2area.Secondly, this paper proposed a system applied to t hotel building of A area,which combined solar heat collection system and buried tube ground source heat pump system, this system unites HVAC system and hot water system. In this paper, the system design process and the control strategy in different operating conditions were given. Changchun, Dunhua and Harbin are taken for instance to provide that this system is feasible Economic and reasonable. Thirdly, this paper proposed a system applied to hotel building of C1area, which combined solar heat collection system, buried tube ground source heat pump system and hot water system, the system design process and the control strategy in different operating conditions were given. Jinan, Xi’an, Beijing were taken for instance to provide that this system is practicable.At last, this paper proposed a system applied to hotel building of C2area, which combined buried tube ground source heat pump system and hot water system. In this system, the solar system isn’t required.The design method and process of the system are determined. take Ji’nan, Xi’an and Beijing for instance, the annual underground absorbing and releasing heat unbalance rate is less than15%the system has been provided to be practicable. The system has great engineering application value in the C I area.
