In recent years, with the earthquake happened more frequently, isolation vibration technology are vigorously promoted at home and abroad. Isolation technology is a new aseismic method, which is effective, economical and practical. Currently, theoretical analysis and research achievement on isolation technology are countless, application of rubber insulation bearing is also very extensive, but the study about parallel composite isolated structures have only a small number. In this paper, make the lead rubber bearing and sliding isolated bearing in parallel to form a new isolation system, and apply this new isolation system to the layer isolation structure, and study the seismic performance of this structure system. Results indicate that new system have good isolation function, this paper mainly do the following five aspects of work:1、Make laminated rubber isolation bearing and sliding isolation bearing in parallel, compose a new system, study base mechanical properties of isolation bearing, and discuss the self-adjustable function of parallel story isolation system.2、Summary parallel story isolation system as two-particle model when research aseismic performance of upper and lower structure, then establish the dynamic differential equation of this model and use Matlab language to do programming calculation of this equation, obtain seismic response of isolated structure. Results show that after using parallel layer isolation, the interlayer displacement and absolute acceleration response of upper structure are reduced obviously than the lower structure, the parallel isolation bearings system play a good vibration isolation effect.3、Summary parallel story isolation system as "tandem particle system" multi-particle shear model when research aseismic performance of different layer, then establish equation of motion of this model according to Structural Dynamics theory, and solve this equation by Newmark-βmethod.4、A6-layer frame structures of the story isolation model are established by software SAP2000, set isolation layer in the top of two-layer. Among this, isolation layer is composed of laminated rubber isolation bearing and sliding isolation bearing. Calculate equation response of aseismic structure and parallel story isolation structure, the results show that period of isolation structure is more than2times of aseismic structure, and the period of isolation structure will decrease with the friction coefficients increasing, parallel story isolation can significantly reduce seismic response of upper structure, but at the same time, But to a certain extent will amplify acceleration response of lower structure.5> For parallel story isolation structure model, change the number of sliding isolation bearings, study its seismic performance. Results show that if change the number of sliding isolation bearings, the isolation effect will change. After setting more sliding isolation bearings, the period becomes longer, the interlayer displacement, absolute acceleration and shear force are all amplified.
