In recent years, problems of Urban Water Resource and Water Environment in China are becoming increasingly serious. Rainwater safety problems such as Water resources shortage, urban waterlogging and rainwater pollution are threatening the sustainable development of an increasing number of Chinese Cities.Confronting the Stormwater Safety problems in Chinese Cities, This paper took the experience of Sustainable Rainwater Management all over the world and the Environment-friendly Urban Planning method in ancient Chinese cities into reference,and analysed the shortage of Urban Green Spaces utilization to manage stormwater in China. Taking the city area of Beijing as a sample, paper analysed the rainfall patterns, drainage system, green areas and urbanized level in different area of Beijing city, and did a quantized study to test the practicability of Stormwater Management by Green space and to investigate the rational methods of Stormwater Managing Green Space layout in order to solve the Stormwater Safety problem.
