Design research of this paper is the application in industry of enamel-insulated wire production design, in western countries will be under the international background of enameled wire production outsourcing, the enameled wire production in China has a more broad market, under the drive of supply and demand, Chinese enameled wire industry of booming development, appear large producers, improvements in technology. According to different way of enamel-insulated wire production, the industrial equipment of enamelling machine design can be divided into two kinds, one for medium speed multi-head, namely linear velocity for medium speed, but an oven can process multiple enameled wire at the same time. A head for high-speed less, is the linear speed of high speed, but an oven at the same time processing of enameled wire number less. Way regardless of the production of enameled wire, and its production process are basically the same, different is the internal structure of southbound charter oven and the application of control technology, this paper studies the enamelling machine oven, obtained many patents on structure design, has obtained certain research results, but there are still some problems, such as on the production control need to be further improved, is currently the object of study, enamelling machine oven furnace used for China unicom on the design of internal structure design, it has considerable complexity in the temperature control, in order to further improve control problem, puts forward enamelling machine on a specific object oven temperature fuzzy PID decoupling control design train of thought, in the design of this article, introduces the influence enamelling machine production of each input channel and output channel, through the heat balance principle, set up the channel that corresponds to the mathematical model and transfer function is obtained, in the use of static relative gain, on the basis of analysis of transfer function matrix to determine the role of each channel relationship, determine the degree of coupling, and determined by using decoupling of the feedforward controller, is a multi-input multi-output enamelling machine oven into multiple single input single output system, and then in each single input single output channel on the fuzzy PID control, the temperature has been further control. Hardware is the algorithm of the carrying vessel, on the hardware used is the microprocessor Rabbit3000as the main, touch screen via processor connected to the inverter, change the fan speed by frequency converter to control the paint charter oven each channel between the input and output quantity so as to achieve the aim of controlling the furnace temperature. At the last, using the Matlab software simulation platform for control algorithm, the most prone to interference problem in industrial production control, thus in the simulation of interference test, from the simulation results show that the fuzzy PID decoupling control of the control effect than the conventional PID decoupling control can achieve better control effect, greatly reducing the overshoot, save cost and resources, while the feedforward decoupling controller is designed to enhance the anti-interference ability of the production equipment, reduce the production risk, improve the productivity of the high quality product, thereby improving the production economic benefits, reduce the rejection rate. Ensure the reliability of enamelling machine production.
