As a representative of the new mode of telecommunication technology, Internet and IT technology have promoted the traditional telecommunication network entered a high-speed development period. With customers’increasingly strong demand for new Multimedia, Hard Link and Mobile network, the key technology of next generation network, IMS (IP Multimedia subsystem) with the integration and opened network architecture become the business focus of network construction. IMS is a network architecture that supports new support for Hard Link, Mobile network. IMS is the commanding heights in IP network upgrading, is regarded as the major step in the processing of business strategy.IMS access device is varied, operators have relatively large number of devices. So there will be large problems in the processing of operation and maintenance. How to manage operations effectively will become extremely important. As a new service, operation management model is still not enough perfect, traditional operators are lack of hard link and mobile fusion operations experience at the same time. This thesis mainly studies the new IMS network operations management model from the device deployment, business opening and operation maintenance.The main research and achievement of this thesis are as follows:1. Research the IMS’s overall architecture and features, as well as IMS access device characteristics. Analysis the IMS security system and the security risks it faces, as well as operation and maintenance management of access equipment.2. First and foremost to access devices application scenario for the demand analysis, in the meet the operator management access devices, on the basis of the basic requirements, improve the efficiency of operational management, and to reduce maintenance costs. Then analyze resource management and access equipment, lay a good foundation for the later chapter of resource management scheme design.3. Explore the IMS access equipment provisioning and fault management. According to IMS user types, analyzed the program drawbacks of manually configuration. Proposed a new IMS access devices automatically opened program to reduce operation and maintenance workload, improve efficiency, and ensure that the user feelings. In fault management field, proposed fault detection, diagnosis and treatment of operational opinion.4. Proposed an IMS core network-building program and device emulation. Test and verify it by experimental program.
