Urination assist system driven by ultrasonic-vaporized steam is a device that uses ultrasonic heat effect and heat-transfer principle to assist neurogenic bladder urination. Before it is applied to clinical and experimental study, the theoretical analysis and simulated experimental research have great theoretical and practical significance. In this paper, the mathematical model of system is established according to the structure and working principle of urination assist system and using the theory of ultrasonics, engineering thermodynamics, elastomechanics and hydrodynamics. The driving characteristic and micturition performance are analyzed, the simulated experimental system is built and the simulated experiment is conducted. The main work is as follows:1. Using the theory of ultrasonics, engineering thermodynamics and elastomechanics, the mathematical model of ultrasonic heat effect, refrigerant vaporization and bladder pressure of the urination assist system are built. Based on the structure and working principle of urination assist system and the theory of hydrodynamics, the mathematical model of urine flow rate of urination assist system is established.2. Based on the mathematical model of urination assist system, the influence of ultrasonic intensity, frequency, radiation area, radiation time and initial bladder pressure on micturition performance of the urination assist system is analyzed on the Matlab software.3. According to the structure and working principle of the urination assist system, the simulated experimental system is built which include urinary simulated unit, driving unit, measurement and control unit, environmental temperature control unit and computer.4. The influence of ultrasonic intensity, radiation time and initial bladder pressure on micturition performance of the urination assist system is studied, and the validity of the mathematical model is verified. The mathematical model of the urination assist system driven by ultrasonic-vaporized steam and the simulated experimental system lay the theoretical and experimental foundation for analysis, design and experimental research of the urination assist system.
