Neurogenic bladder refers to the micturition dysfunction caused by the central nervous system of controling urocystic urination being diseased or damaged. It often induces uroschesis, kidney failure and other kinds of urinary system complications. In order to help patients with neurogenic bladder to get rid of the pain, the domestic and foreign researchers have put forward an idea which is pressing on bladder to urinate by urination assist device implanted in human body. They have carried out some researchs of urination assist based on differente driving principle in recent years. However, there are some different shortcomings in the existing researches and insufficient driving ability is the main shortcoming. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to carry out the study of the new type of urination assist system based on new driving principle. To surmount these disadvantages in the existing researches, this paper carries out a research of urination assist system driven by Steam based on magnetic resonance. In this paper, the structure principle of the urination assist system is put forward, the mathematical model of the system is established, the working performance of the system are simulated and analyzed on the Matlab platform, the structural parameters of the system are optimized by orthogonal design, the electromagnetic safety of the system is simulated by HFSS software, the simulation experiments are carried out to study the influence of the main parameters on the operating characteristics of the system on the experimental system. The main research work is as follows:1.According to the principle of urocystic urination and the principle of magnetically-coupled resonant wireless power transfer (MCR-WPT), the composition and structure, working principle, performance index and influence parameters of the urination assist system are put forward.2.The mathematical model of the electrothermal pressurization and micturition performance of the urinary system is established by using the MCR-WPT mutual inductance theory, the thermodynamic theory and the fluid mechanics theory. The influence of main parameters, such as the input voltage, resonant frequency, load resistance, electric-heating time, coil diameter, coil turns, coil diameter, coil distance acting on the performance of the urinary system is analyzed by using Matlab.3.The influence of the main strueture parameters on working performance of the urinary assist system is investigated by orthogonal experiment. Optimal parameter combination, such as coil diameter, coil turn number, coil diameter and distance of coil parameters, which influence the maximum driving pressure and the maximum urinary flow rate, is obtained.4.The influence of electromagnetic radiation of the emission coil in the urinary system on the human body is measured by specific absorption rate (SAR) is analyzed by using HFSS. The electromagnetic security of the electromagnetic emission coil is analyzed by using HFSS.5. The influence order of input voltage, resonant frequency, load resistance, electric-heating time, coil diameter, coil turns, coil diameter, coil distance on working performance of the urinary system is study, and the correctness of theoretical analysis is verified. The research result of this paper not only extends the application of wireless power transfer technology in medical field, but also provides a reference for improving the design of the urination assist system.
