Electro-hydraulic servo automatic control, automatic measurement, data acquisition, screen display and processing test results are gathered in computerized electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine, with precision oil pump, electro-hydraulic servo valve and PC servo controller,, that all realized multi-channel closed-loop control, test process automatic control and automatic measurement functions. Featuring good profession, high reliability and easy upgrade, computerized electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine could continuous enrich itself with development of test machine measurement&control technology and variation of test standards.This thesis researched3000kN computerized electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine, is mainly used to mechanical property test on metallic materials, such as tensile, compression, bending, shear etc. Host machine is four-column, two screws, and hydraulic cylinder underneath type structure. Crossbeam up and down movement adopts sprocket chain transmission, Load cell dynamometry, hydraulic clamping samples, and attractive appearance. All key components have been computer finite element analysis, high stiffness, with strong market competitiveness, highly stiffness and strongly market competitiveness. PC all digital control realizes test force, sample transformation and piston displacement of the closed-loop control. It has constant velocity stress and strain, the isokinetic strain, constant velocity displacement test force, displacement and to maintain a variety of control functions, and test force, peak, deformation of the sample, piston displacement and the displacement test curve screen display function. The3000kN computerized electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine could complete data processing as GB/T228-2002"Metallic materials tensile test at room temperature first part test method" required, Test process can be analog reproduction, the test data can be automatic or manual analysis.This project completed the integrated design of the testing machine. It mainly divided into two aspects as following: Firstly, accomplish the design of mechanical and hydraulic part of testing machine, and then the design of integrated layout of host machine. It is including design, drawing and calculations of various parts construction, material and size. Make simple ANS YS mechanics analysis on upper crossbeam, down crossbeam and hydraulic cylinder base.Secondly, select purchased parts such as electrical machine, speed reducer, servo valves and hydraulic pumps. Choose electrical and monitoring and control part of the requirements for selection.
