In recent years, the problem of environmental pollution increasing attention, andcountries around the world to limit environmental pollution laws more stringentemissions gas turbine emissions problem by academia and industry wide attention, research and development of new the low emission gas turbine technology hasbecome the main direction of technological development. This design has established a premixed combustion characteristics ofexperimental research platform, and for the premixed combustion tube acts conductedemission characteristics and flame morphology in rats. Experiments using propane asfuel gas, the excess air coefficient investigated a, premix gas average velocity v,premixing pipe length L, premixing duct L/D ratio and the swirl number Sn cyclonedischarge of pollutants (NOx, CO, UHC) characteristics and the combustion flameshape was studied.(1) The excess air coefficient on premixed combustion exhaust gas emissions andflame structures has a greater impact. The excess air coefficient control premixedabove1.1can simultaneously reduce NOx, CO and UHC’s content;(2) Increasing the average speed that will cause the fuel gas and air are premixed toreduce mixing time period, the premixed fuel and air uniformly decreased, leading to a substantial increase in NOxemissions, CO and UHC emissions alsoincrease as the average velocity of gas large increases;(3) Reduce the average velocity of gas under the premise of increasing the aspectratio of premix section helps to further reduce emissions. However, L/D>8,which continues to increase the length of the premix of the amount of NOxemissions decreased significantly.(4) A strong swirl can enhance the swirling fuel-air evenly premixed effects that canrapidly reduce the NOxemissions. However, CO and UHC emissions haveincreased slightly.
