With the development of the automobile industry, more and more problems appear in front of us. Huge energy consumption and limited oil resources to become a major problem. Today, using electric energy to replace oil gradually is the most popular and most anticipated direction. Extended by the electricity industry chain, electric vehicle industry chain can be described recently as an advocated and rapidly developing area. Each country in the world focus on the development of electric vehicles through comprehensive comparative validation. Due to the upright early stage of development of the field of electric vehicles, the operational part of the whole industry chain are bound to has a variety of problems. How to obtain objective data effectively is an important part in the field of electric vehicles, which plays a significant role in the further development and the standardization process. The purpose of this paper is to introduce the design and implementation of a data acquisition system which has an ability to get data for the reaction of issues in the electric vehicle field. In order to enable the system to collect data from each subordinate base node correctly and efficiently as well as to make a friendly monitoring interface to workers, this article will discuss the requirements analysis and detailed design of the system, which involves test analysis of the collection methods and the design of the acquisition interface, and the design of acquisition results show. This system is not only applicable to the field of electric vehicles, but a good choice to the data acquisition module in the similar operation support system. In addition to that, it also has a certain reference value in the standardization process of the electric vehicles field.
