| The loading counterforce and remote control observation device of small tonnage of static loading test are studied in the thesis. Design of the assembled box formed the loading counterforce device. Developed the remote control device formed the observation device. By comparing test on site, the practical value and the promotion value of the device are confirmed.First of all, the status at present of the static loading of soft soil foundation is analyzed, the traditional soft soil foundation static loading test’s many problems are described. The study of thinking was proposed about the improving of the loading counterforce device, the settlement observation and the transfer of test points.Secondly, the load box are designed and made. The strength of the load box are checked by calculating. The load box are set up and shift convenient, weighing accurately. Several worker with loader can complete the test’s preparation and the transfer of test points. Author analyzed and summarized the advantages and disadvantages about the load box by test on site.Next, the research and production of remote control observation device is completely presented. The remote control observation are achieved with wireless and wired by using low cost accessories. With the use of this device, the labor intensity will be reduced, and the authenticity of data will be guaranteed.Then, the paper compare to the test between new method and the traditional method. The new method have many advantage on efficiency, safety, labor intensity,authenticity of data, and so.Finally, the paper summarized the advantages about the load box and the remote control observation device in practicality, economical, accuracy of data. Author pointed out that the device has good prospects for promotion. |
